New Addition to Team IR
We are pleased to announce the addition of Ian Hewitt, Sales Representative, who will be joining the team at IR. Ian will be focusing on the entire product portfolio, including our SciAps line of products. We’ve seen incredible growth in demand for the SciAps analyzers, as NDT takes advantage of their superior technology provided in a lightweight, handheld option. Beyond NDT, we have been introducing this great technology to the recycling, mining, environmental, along with many other industries. The word is getting out and we are here to support that.
Ian is a born and raised Calgarian and comes to IR with almost 15 years experience in the oil and gas industry. After kicking footballs in the Canadian Football League for six years he began his career in the oil and gas industry selling guns to NDT. He successfully held his own company for over ten years. Ian is happy to have found his way back to the XRF world and looking forward to building and creating new relationships with the IR team. Ian has a beautiful wife with two children and a 35-pound wiener dog named Big Ben. He is a big Pittsburgh Steelers fan and when he’s not watching football, you’ll find him coaching his kids at soccer or enjoying a round of golf with friends.
Ian will be on hand at the IPEIA conference next week in Jasper, where we will be partnering with SciAps for demonstrations in the tradeshow area.
