The SciAps Z is a handheld analyzer utilizing laser induced breakdown spectroscopy (LIBS), a type of atomic optical emission spectroscopy (OES). This full day course will cover basic principles, applications, theoretical, and practical components needed to safely operate and maintain the SciAps Z units. The course combines a classroom presentation with hands-on training, as well as ongoing phone support.
