5-step Calibration Block 

The 5-Step Calibration Block is used for thickness and linearity calibration when using Ultrasonic Thickness Gauges or Flaw Detectors. This block is made from 304 Stainless Steel, but is also available in different materials including Carbon Steel. It is certified to increase at 0.1″ intervals to ensure proper daily calibration for your unit.

• Material: Type 304 Stainless Steel
• Step Thickness:  .100, .200, .300, .400, and .500″
• Each step is 3/4″ x 3/4″
• Meets Spec:  ASTM E797
