Engraved markings show pipe diameters for each section. Narrow slots are cut completely through the block to create multiple points for calibration. The various distances from the OD to the outboard side of the slot represent different wall thicknesses. Thickness values are engraved directly on the block for convenient calibration. Block also engraved with alloy and unique S/N that ties it to the certs.
