CNSC regulations state that when making any transfer of a radiation device, the licensee who initiates the transfer shall provide specific instructions as referred to, in the radiation device certificate. This includes management of incidents such as accidents, fire, spills etc. Below are the radiation device certificates for the various units offered at IR Supplies and Services.
