Comet PXS EVO Crawler Package

Designed and built in Denmark, Comet PXS EVO systems are comprised of the best components and assembled with the utmost care, making them reliable and long lasting. They are fitted with a high quality metal ceramic x-ray tube.  The robust composite casing protects all vital parts. The systems meet the IP65 standard, making them fully operational in dusty and wet conditions.

The PXS EVO 200P and 300P tube heads are designed for inline inspections of pipes and vessels when integrated in a pipeline crawler. The advanced controller board takes care of the x-ray operations and is fully controlled through the RS232 interface, which also supports relay of operational and diagnostic information. The PXS EVO system is based on high efficient switch mode technology, which minimizes the energy consumption and thus extends the endurance of the pipeline crawler’s battery pack. A broad temperature range from -20°C to +50°C makes the EVO systems reliable and ensures smooth operation even in extreme environments.  Built to meet the highest international safety standards, each unit is individually tested and measured for safety and accuracy.
